Job summary
As an ABS Trading Executive Director, you will play a crucial role in trading and developing the ABS electronic trading platform. You will develop analytical tools and success metrics, manage day-to-day priorities, and collaborate with trading, technology, quantitative research, and sales to ensure optimal execution and platform growth.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the ABS electronic trading platform in partnership with trading, technology, quantitative research, and sales.
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share, improve client adoption, and expand electronic trading capabilities across the ABS franchise.
  • Establish success metrics and apply data-driven insights to optimize platform performance, client engagement, and revenue opportunities.
  • Price risk appropriately by considering risk, credit costs, and the market environment.
  • Manage client risk to minimize losses and efficiently capture client value.
  • Run risk with informed views on underlying markets to create added value.
  • Distill complex ideas and structures into clear communications for internal and external stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, markets, or research.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
