As a Hospitality Administration Specialist (official title will be Hospitality Scheduling Specialist) for Greenheck Group you will be responsible for providing best-in-class hospitality for on-site and virtual customer events and working closely with the Education Center staff to deliver an exceptional experience for all guests.

What you'll be doing:

  • Communicate with area sales managers and rep partner offices to define the purpose, objective, and topics to be covered during the visit, establish dates of visit and obtain information on attendees.

  • Identify individuals within the business units to assist in various components of the visit.

  • Collaborating with Education Center staff, schedule all logistical details of visit including meeting space, meals, and off-hours hospitality functions.

  • Work closely with the Hospitality Manager, Customer Training Manager, and business unit staff to ensure alignment of customer and rep expectations with educational and product content.

  • Provide a high level of professional customer service to create best in industry customer experience.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer and rep visit inquiries and execution of logistical details as needed.

  • Provide support for scheduled training activities and events, including off-hour functions and occasional weekend events as needed.

  • Create reports regarding visitor data as requested.

  • Provide back-up for the Hospitality team's duties which may include the company store, food service, and set-up and clean-up of events.

  • Drive the shuttle vans as needed.

What you should have:

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in hospitality, food service, or other customer centric environment required.

  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.

  • Ability to occasionally work a varied daily schedule that may include evenings and weekends is required.

  • 2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
