Job description

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays

About the Role

As HR Administration Specialist I, you will provide administrative and customer service support to HR functions and processes to ensure a seamless experience is provided to our current associates, former associates, business partners and vendors.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver operational support and input by gathering information and resolving issues of limited scope

  • Execute system transactions accurately and in a timely manner

  • Monitor cases for inquiries or questions that need research or processing

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and questions in a professional manner

  • Collaborate with and provides administrative support to Team Leader, internal business partners, Contact Center & vendors to generate solutions based on procedures and best practices

  • Complete daily administrative tasks to support the HR processes such as: personnel files maintenance, verification of employment, absence management, compensation changes, internal movement, and other HR related transactions

  • Provide researched resolutions by connecting knowledge and experience to improve consistency and efficiency

  • Perform job duties with a high degree of accuracy while maintaining confidentiality with all records and information

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate with associates of all levels

  • Ability to multi-task using multiple applications and technologies

  • Basic proficiency in computer navigation with systems like Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred

  • 2 year college or post-secondary course work in a related field or applicable work experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources, Benefits and/or Compensation Administration
