POSITION SUMMARY

Ohnward Bank & Trust isย seekingย a detail-oriented and team-focused Loan Administration Associate to support our lending operations across all locations. This position plays a key role in loan servicing and administration while working collaboratively with lenders, branch staff, and fellow loan administration team members to deliverย accurate,ย timely, and high-quality service to our customers.ย The ideal candidate values teamwork,ย contributes positivelyย to workplaceย culture, andย takes pride in supporting both internal operations and the communities we serve.ย 

KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS ย 

  • Reports toย Loanย Operations Manager.ย 

  • Works closely withย Lenders, other departments,ย vendorsย and services.ย ย 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesย 

To perform this jobย successfullyย an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.ย ย Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.ย ย ย ย 

  • Board new loans to FIS and upload loan documents, including e-signed documents, to the imaging systemย 

  • Process Changes in Terms and other loan maintenance requests for all locationsย 

  • Disburse new loan funds and process loan advances and paymentsย 

  • Post loan payments received by mail andย assistย with payment and advance posting for the Cascade office as neededย 

  • Participate in department rotations to:ย 

  • Audit newly boarded loans and loan maintenanceย ย 

  • Balance daily loan controlย ย 

  • Prepare and distribute loan payment and past-due notices to lendersย ย 

  • Scan and upload loan, credit, and collateral documentation into the imaging systemย ย 

  • Manage the document imaging system, checking reports, and ensuring file completenessย ย 

  • Learn andย assistย with monitoring customer escrow accounts, including disbursement of funds for insurance premiums and real estate taxes and updating escrow changes in FISย 

  • Assistย on the teller line as needed, primarily during Friday evening and Saturday morning rotationsย 

  • Work collaboratively with coworkers across departments to ensure efficient loan operations and strong internal controlsย 

  • Participate in Bank-sponsored community events and activities to help promote Ohnward Bank & Trust and strengthen community relationshipsย 

  • Perform other related duties as assignedย
