Admin Assistant / Front Desk

Greet parents, children, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Manage phone calls and respond to enrollment and program inquiries.

Maintain accurate student attendance and enrollment records.

Coordinate schedules for meetings, events, and parent-teacher conferences.

Handle filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.

Keep the front desk organized, welcoming, and family-friendly.

Paper printing, laminating etc.

Requirement

English speaking is a must.
