Job description

Global Account Administrator:

Understand how entitlements work
Understand how adding entitlements affects the billing and CPEA usage
Know how to add Services to subaccounts if necessary

Subaccount Administrator:

Understand the subaccount model we have here at Halliburton
Know how to provision new services if necessary
Understand Trust Configuration from subaccount to IAS
Understand Role Collections and how they map to Entra Group
Be able to troubleshoot issues in this area
Create/maintain/troubleshoot destinations in each subaccount
Familiarity with Cloud Connector
Basis Team supports the Cloud Connector, but we often must request new connections for various projects.

CPI:

Know how to troubleshoot CPI issues
CPI development per se is not needed.
We need to help with security materials and various other artifacts in CPI

cTMS: Know how to configure and troubleshoot cTMS

IAS:

Understand IAS
Source and Target Systems for user and group sync from Entra
Familiarity with IPS transformations would be helpful.
Datasphere/SAC
Know how to configure SSO for D/S and SAC
Understand user and group sync from Entra to IAS to D/S and SAC
BDC concepts especially related to capacity unit consumption and allocation

Work Zone:

Good knowledge of Work Zone Advanced Administration
Experience with creating Work Zone content
Knowledge about configuration and troubleshooting SSO to various systems from Work Zone
Knowledge how Work Zone uses IAS

AEM:

Experience with AEM would be nice.
Understanding queues and topics
Authorization concepts
Joule would be a plus.
Experience/knowledge of other various services
HANA Cloud
Form Service by Adobe
SAP Build Process Automation Admin not developer
Ability to stand-up and learn new BTP services and applications as they are required.
