Job description

Clayton Services is searching for a dependable and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support for a busy professional office in the Houston Museum District. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office running efficiently, takes pride in staying organized, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team.

This is a hands-on role where no task is too small. The ideal Office Administrator is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping others while ensuring daily office operations run smoothly.

Job Type: Temporary (approximately 4-6 weeks)
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hour
Schedule: Approximately 20 - 24 hours per week, flexible schedule with preference for Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 PM
Part-Time Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Order, organize, and maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Coordinate copier, printer, and office supply needs
  • Maintain shared calendars, conference room schedules, and meeting reservations
