Job Title: HR Admin| Onsite- Sterling, Virginia | $26-31/HR |
Job Description
As an HR Admin, you will handle confidential information professionally while maintaining employee privacy and company confidentiality. You will interact with various levels of management, vendors, and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities
  • Process background checks in a timely manner.
  • Assist with employee training, tracking, and training compliance.
  • Perform new hire orientation, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and submitted on time.
  • Assist with recruitment program initiatives, from outreach to coordinating and attending events as a company representative.
  • Maintain employee personnel and medical files in line with company policies and government regulations.

Essential Skills
  • 1+ year of HR Admin Support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience in onboarding and sourcing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Customer Service.
  • High level of discretion and interpersonal skills for handling sensitive personnel matters.
  • Proficiency in ViewPoint Vista and SharePoint.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
