Assistant, Ad Ops
We are looking for an Assistant, Ad Ops to join our rapidly growing team of 25+ media pros, where you'll help lead the team to shape the strategy and execution of campaigns for one of America's most iconic 100+ year-old national brands. We are looking with someone with experience in local and regional media strategy, planning, and expertise, with an eye for awareness, while simultaneously focusing on lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup & Trafficking
  • Traffic digital campaigns in Campaign Manager 360
  • Set up and manage campaigns, placements, ads, creatives, trackers and click URLs
  • Make sure creative assets and tracking links are formatted and implemented correctly.

Quality Checks & Launch Support
  • Run QA checks before and after campaigns go live to catch any issues early.
  • Double-check URLs, tracking, creative rotations, and delivery settings.
  • Help troubleshoot basic delivery or tracking problems (and escalate when needed).

Monitoring & Updates
  • Keep an eye on live campaigns/reporting to make sure correct assets are running
  • Update creative, click urls as needed
  • Flag anything that looks off to the planning and/or buying teams.

Reporting & Admin
  • Pull ad-hoc campaign reports from CM360.
  • Help track key metrics like impressions, clicks, CTR, and conversions.
  • Keep campaign details and documentation organized and up to date.

Learning & Growth
  • Build your skills in Campaign Manager 360 and digital ad operations.
  • Learn best practices around ad serving, tracking, and measurement.
  • Pick up new tools, processes, and tips from the team as needed

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years media department agency or client-side experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work well with team members and independently
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines for multiple projects
  • Self- starter with meticulous attention to detail
  • U.S. citizen or legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Sponsorship is not offered
