What are ACH Operations?

ACH Operations refer to the management and processing of Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions, which are electronic payments and money transfers between banks in the United States. Their work is essential for supporting payroll deposits, bill payments, and other direct deposit services. ACH Operations staff must be detail-oriented and knowledgeable about NACHA rules—the governing body for ACH transactions.
