Job Summary:
Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) offers outsourced accounting services, including full-service CFO Advisory Services; controller, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing and payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing and tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. In this role, you will be a member of our CAAS group accountable for providing Senior Accountant-level accounting services, including processing payables and receivables, and various other accounting operations for assigned clients.

Requirements:
  • Oversee and manage responsibilities of assigned CAAS transactional staff
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all transaction processing performed by CAAS transaction staff
  • Perform monthly accounting reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts for assigned clients
  • Manage month-end close for assigned clients
  • Assist with development of financial budgets
  • Prepare and analyze financial reporting
  • Assist in preparing proposals for CAAS services
  • Participate in marketing events

Qualifications:
  • B.S degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting with 2 years supervisory experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communicator
  • Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000 DOE
