Job description

Accounting Manager

Earthlight Technologies is looking for an Accounting Manager who brings structure, discipline, and execution to a fast-moving accounting environment. This is not a role for someone who needs endless meetings, constant verbal processing, or unclear priorities. We need a precise multitasker who can take ownership, organize the work, protect the numbers, and drive deliverables to completion. The right person is steady under pressure, detail-focused, risk-aware, and comfortable working independently within defined processes and strong compliance standards. You know how to shift priorities without losing control of the workflow. You bring clarity to complexity, keep the team focused, and make sure deadlines are met with accuracy and accountability. If you are energized by solving problems, tightening systems, improving financial reporting, and creating order inside a growing company, you may be exactly who we are looking for.

About the Role

Our Accounting Manager will serve as a hands-on financial leader at the center of Earthlight Technologies’ accounting operations. You will oversee the day-to-day accounting function and lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure financial statements are completed accurately and on time. This role requires strong follow-through, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details. You will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening internal controls, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting. Working closely with the CFO and Executive Management team, you will provide clear financial analysis, variance explanations, and practical recommendations that support smart, data-driven decision-making.

What Success Looks Like - You will succeed in this role if you can:

Own the accounting process from start to finish.

Keep deadlines, deliverables, and priorities organized.

Produce accurate financial statements on schedule.

Strengthen internal controls and reduce financial risk.

Identify problems early and bring practical solutions.

Communicate clearly, directly, and efficiently.

Reduce noise, confusion, and unnecessary back-and-forth.

Support leadership with clean reporting and actionable insight.

Help build scalable systems for continued growth.
