Responsibilities:

  • Support month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Assist with AP/AR processing, payroll entries, and account classifications
  • Maintain accurate general ledger activity within QuickBooks Online
  • Communicate directly with client teams to request and process documentation
  • Participate in client onboarding, system migrations, and data clean-up projects
  • Contribute to preparation of financial statements and management reports
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
  • 0–2 years of accounting experience, internship included
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online preferred
