We're looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Healthcare Staffing Specialist to join our team in Wexford, PA. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in solving staffing challenges that make a real difference, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our clients have the qualified nursing professionals they need while supporting our nurses with responsive, reliable scheduling and communication.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and manage staffing schedules to ensure seamless coverage for client facilities
  • Communicate with nurses regarding availability, assignments, schedule updates, and opportunities
  • Partner with healthcare facilities, school districts, and other clients to meet their staffing needs
  • Respond quickly and effectively to call-offs and urgent staffing requests
  • Maintain accurate scheduling, employee, and client records
  • Build lasting relationships with nurses and healthcare partners through exceptional service
  • Assist with credentialing, compliance, and onboarding processes as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
