Position Summary

Red River Pharmacy LTC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist with Long-Term Care (LTC) experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and compliant medication dispensing while providing exceptional service to long-term care facilities and patients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescriptions in compliance with all federal and state regulations
  • Provide clinical oversight and drug utilization review to ensure appropriate therapy
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff to optimize patient care
  • Ensure compliance with LTC pharmacy regulations and company policies
  • Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and support staff

  • Participate in on-call rotation to support after-hours pharmacy needs
