This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement tailored physical therapy treatment plans aimed at preventing disability, alleviating pain, improving muscle function, and helping patients reach their highest level of physical performance.
  • Oversee and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring the consistent application of care protocols as per the treatment plan.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ functional capabilities through diagnostic tests to gauge muscle, nerve, and joint functions.
  • Assess patients’ home environments to make appropriate recommendations that facilitate independent living and enhance recovery.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and various treatments, including traction and massage, to improve patient outcomes.
  • Evaluate, fit, and make recommendations regarding the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices to enhance patient mobility.
  • Document and communicate any changes in patients’ conditions, creating detailed clinical records that reflect their progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing your insights to optimize comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Consult and educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, therapy devices, and strategies to ensure continuity of care.
  • Complete all operational responsibilities including timely submission of clinical documentation and adherence to policies to facilitate efficient care delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients served at our Front Royal Rehabilitation Center typically include individuals undergoing recovery from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications
  • Possession of a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is mandatory.

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, specifically in orthopedics is essential.
  • Current certification in CPR is required.
Preferred Experience

Though not mandatory, experience with aquatic therapy, electrotherapy modalities, or prior work in a rehabilitation center setting will be considered advantageous.
