Description:

We are hiring a mid-level Account Manager that is responsible for managing and nurturing the company’s Key Accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of the defense supply chain and the ability to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements:
  • Develop and execute sales objectives, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and negotiate contracts
  • Streamline and maintain standard procedures used to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Coordinate a cross-functional team to review opportunities and develop winning pricing strategies to maximize the company’s capture rate
  • Implement strategies for customer retention and growth in conjunction with Account Managers to achieve ASI’s vision
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and support to help Account Managers achieve their goals
  • Manage relationships with Key Accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Work with necessary departments to resolve customer Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
  • Work and collaborate with Business Development team on their initiatives
  • Conduct market research as needed to identify opportunities
  • Responsible for presenting regular reports on account status, sales performance and market insights
  • Coordinate transition of new accounts from the Business Development team to the Account Management team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of Account Management or related field experience
  • Experience with Quantum Control ERP System
  • 6+ years of experience in the A&D industry
  • Must have prior experience handling large OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers)
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • 50% travel required
