AR Assistant
Position Summary:
The AR Assistant is responsible for the collection of Cash on Delivery and Credit
accounts and assisting customers with account inquiries.
$18-20 an hour DOE.
730 AM - 430 PM schedule.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
โ€ข Collection of all unpaid Cash on Delivery accounts
โ€ข Collection of all dealer billings for Cash on Delivery accounts
โ€ข Handle all disputes, warranty and pricing
โ€ข Answer incoming customer calls, including backup if someone is off
โ€ข Manage billing mailbox regularly
โ€ข Manage Sibi Accounts in Billtrust
โ€ข Responsible for 1-3 hours or more of order release daily
โ€ข Assist Commercial Department with job account emails/account set up and
processing lien releases/waivers as needed
โ€ข AZ 5000 knowledge
โ€ข Trade references
โ€ข AIA filing experience
โ€ข Experience with joint check waivers
โ€ข Business/customer updates (i.e. remit address change, bank remit change)
Critical Knowledge and Skills:
โ€ข Effective business writing and professional communication skills
โ€ข Basic math skills required
โ€ข Good judgment and decision-making
โ€ข Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems
โ€ข Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Education and Experience:
