Work Objectives:
  • Maintain relationships with large customers.
  • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment a plus!
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP Environment Experience)
  • Track customer orders throughout the production process, manage inventory accounts, and communicate finished good amounts.
  • Make suggestions to both client and internally to management for improving business.
  • Skilled Problem Solver
  • Communicate information regarding products, proformas, invoices, POs, and final payments with assigned customers.
  • Able to work well with a team and with little supervision.
  • Able to follow through with direction from team lead while being proactive and productive on your own time.
  • Develop strong working relationships with management, peers and clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Document data and customer information in a way that is helpful when solving customer or company problems and anticipating/avoiding future problems.
  • Help create effective long-term policies and procedures for your team/department.
  • Ensure effective communication between teams (Lab, Warehouse, Quality, Sales, Account Management and Managerial teams).
