As the Enterprise Director, AI & Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new enterprise clients seeking to leverage Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, and Business Transformation Solutions. The ideal candidate has a track record of consistently exceeding quota, landing net-new logos, and closing complex enterprise consulting, AI, technology and SaaS.
This is a hunter role, and you will own the entire revenue cycle from prospecting and executive outreach to deal strategy, negotiation, and closing high value transformation engagements. Success in this role requires a relentless drive to generate new business, uncover executive-level pain points, and position AI as a strategic business advantage that delivers measurable revenue growth, productivity gains, efficiency improvements, and competitive differentiation. You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Solutions Architects.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and exceed aggressive new business revenue targets through executive prospecting and new logo acquisition.
  • Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans targeting enterprise and upper-middle-market organizations.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified AI transformation opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, executive outreach, and industry events. Conduct executive-level discoveries focused on business challenges, growth initiatives, operational inefficiencies, and AI adoption opportunities.
  • Identify and lead high-impact executive meetings, presentations, workshops, and business development discussions.
  • Establish relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, COOs, CFOs, CHROs, business unit leaders, and Boards.
  • Position alliant as the preferred partner for Enterprise AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, managed services, and transformation consulting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, accelerate decision-making, and drive revenue growth through AI.
  • Translate complex technology concepts into compelling business outcomes that resonate with executive buyers.
  • Represent alliant at industry conferences, AI forums, executive roundtables, and networking events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise business development, strategic account management, or consultative sales experience.
  • Proven track record of landing new logos and generating significant net-new revenue.
  • Experience selling AI solutions and digital transformation engagements.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision makers.
  • Highly competitive, self-motivated, and driven by achieving revenue goals.
  • Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, growth-focused environment.
  • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Miller Heiman, or Command of the Message.
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential.
  • Preferred candidate will reside or relocate to Houston.
