Description:

Isaiah House is looking for a dedicated and driven person to take on the role of Client Finance Account Associate at our men's center in Chaplin, KY.


The associate is responsible for assisting our clients in obtaining Medicaid and SNAP benefits. The person in this role will execute the day-to-day processes necessary for maintaining and renewing said benefits as required as well as processing bi-monthly EBT transactions, ultimately ensuring that the department operates at peak efficiency.


Isaiah House is a faith-based, nonprofit with a competitive edge, delivering one of the most effective substance use disorder treatment facilities in the state of KY.

Requirements:
  • Monitor Teams feeds for client’s status update logs/rosters/DCBS accordingly
  • Communicate with revenue department via e-mail
  • Answer inbound phone calls pertaining to client/case inquiries
  • Accurately complete Medicaid and SNAP applications
  • Scan Files into EMR system
  • Receive and process daily mail, providing any requested documentation as needed
  • Activate and securely store EBT cards
  • Travel to Nelson County DCBS is required.
  • May need to assist other Client Associates in their tasks based on department need
  • Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent GED

• Active Kentucky Driver’s License

• Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products
