Truck Accessory Installation Technician/Manager

Location: San Antonio, TX 78208

Type: Full‑Time - plus overtime. Part time available

What You'll Be Doing
  • Meet STO’s high standards—install truck accessories like bumpers, lights, goosenecks, 12‑V wiring, suspension, toolboxes, and more.

  • Uphold safety and craftsmanship on every job.

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project demands.

  • Communicate clearly and support your teammates.

What You Bring
  • Your own tools and equipment.

  • Genuine self-motivation—ready to work and improve every day.

  • The ability to lift 50+ pounds, with good vision and hearing (corrected is fine).

  • Punctuality, strong communication, and collaborative instincts.

  • Automotive experience is a plus—but we train motivated rookies who take pride in their work.
