Parts & Accessories Manager
Vallely Sport & Marine | Minot, ND


Vallely Sport & Marine is North Dakota's premier powersport and marine dealership. This is a full-time position with a stable schedule, a supportive team environment, and real opportunity to grow within an established dealership.

We are a 50-year-old, family-owned business, a Top 100 Marine Dealer and Top 50 Powersports Dealer, carrying Polaris, Yamaha, Bennington, Lund, MasterCraft, and Sea Ray.


What You'll Do

This is a working manager position. You will lead a small team while remaining actively involved at the parts counter day to day. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing parts and accessories department operations and staff
  • Purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationships
  • Fulfilling service department work orders accurately and efficiently
  • Assisting retail customers and service technicians with parts and accessory needs across powersports and marine product lines
  • Receiving and processing freight for the parts department
  • Merchandising and keeping the accessories floor organized
  • Maintaining department processes and standards


What We're Looking For

  • Experience in parts counter sales, retail sales, or a related dealership role. Automotive, ag, marine, or powersports backgrounds all transfer well.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or dealer management software
  • Supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work at a fast pace
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and detail oriented
  • Genuine interest in powersports or marine products is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
