Admissions & Academics Coordinator
Part-Time | 20 Hours Per Week
Reports to: Head of School
Contract Term: July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 (renewable annually)

Eden Classical Academy is a growing Christ-centered classical school and ministry of Doxa Church, founded in 2022 with a vision to partner with families in the formation of students through wisdom, virtue, and Biblical truth. What began with 74 students in Pre-K through 9th grade has continued to grow each year, now expanding through 12th grade as more families seek a collaborative approach to Christian education.

The Opportunity

Eden is seeking an energetic and highly capable Admissions & Academics Coordinator to help drive excellence across both our admissions experience and academic operations. In this dynamic role, you'll serve as a key connection point for prospective families, support teachers and school leadership, and help ensure the systems behind Eden's thriving school culture run smoothly and effectively. If you are proactive, people-oriented, deeply organized, and passionate about Christian education, we would love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Admissions & Family Experience
  • Guide prospective families through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
  • Coordinate Open House registrations, assessments, and family interviews
  • Respond promptly and warmly to family inquiries
  • Support student enrollment and family onboarding through FACTS
  • Help ensure a welcoming and professional admissions experience

Academic & Administrative Support
  • Support Upper School leadership and teachers with administrative and academic coordination
  • Assist in implementing Eden's grading philosophy
  • Coordinate curriculum guides and weekly At Home Instruction Guides (AHIG)
  • Support projects related to curriculum, scheduling, and professional development
  • Execute follow-up tasks from leadership and staff meetings

Systems & Operations
  • Help implement and maintain effective systems and workflows
  • Support administrative team organization through Asana
  • Train and support staff in consistent process usage
  • Assist with handbooks, school events, and operational projects

Additional Support
  • Coordinate the Uniform Lookbook
  • Attend monthly professional development meetings
  • Be available to substitute as needed
