Program SupervisorLearn It Academic Services is one of the leading providers of Title I programs to public, private and charter schools across the country. We customize and align each program to meet the unique needs of each school's mission and vision. Learn It creates fresh, practical programs that change the trajectory of every student we encounter. Our instructional programs are strategically designed to meet our top priority: helping all students make solid gains in their academic performance. Each program begins with a preliminary assessment that we use to drive individualized instruction and monitor progress. From start to finish, we assess and track performance closely—and adjust our instruction to support and challenge students as they learn and grow.ResponsibilitiesWe are excited to find great people who share our passion to help children and their families.The Program Supervisor will assist in managing and supporting the day-to-day operations for multiple schools in the Palm Beach County area. Assisting the company in assuring overall program quality – operationally and academically are met by conducting observations, fostering positive relationships with employees and clients, meeting compliance requirements and collaborating with the management team on best practices. The Academic Program Supervisor works closely with Learn It's staff to create the most effective and efficient learning environment for students, school administrators and support staff.Be part of a collaborative team that delivers quality programs to Title I students and families in private schools. Help to build and maintain relationships and consistently following-up with instructors/teachers, students, parents, and school administrators as needed. Bringing concerns of students, parents, instructors and school administrators to the attention of management and working as a team to resolve any issues or concerns. The Academic Program Supervisor will also have administrative duties such as data entry, creating and monitoring reports, updating employee data. Specific submission schedule must be adhered to.QualificationsBachelor's Degree required2+ years' supervisory or leadership experience in public, private or charter education and instruction preferred.Teaching experience helpful.Travel within the Duvall County area, is required. Personal and reliable transportation requiredProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.Oral and written communication skills are clear and persuasive in positive or negative situations; Must have the ability to communicate effectively and in a timely mannerBalances team and individual responsibilities; Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectivesMust be able to work independently and effectively engage a diverse group of clients, community partners, and co-workers; must be dependable and trustworthy.Must have excellent time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once and must maintain filing system as required by the company, and meet all company deadlinesMust be able to lift 30 poundsWork location is in multiple school buildings where employee will need to be able to go up and down stairsWe offer a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefit package including 401K, Tuition Assistance, Travel and Cell Phone Stipend, Bonus Opportunities, Mentoring and TrainingLearn It Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
