About the Role
• The classroom aide assists the homeroom teacher in providing engaging and effective instruction in accordance with Catholic values and academic standards. This role supports our mission of growing disciples by fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that cultivates intellectual, spiritual, and emotional development.
What You Will Do
• Small group/individual instruction: Under the guidance of a certified teacher, plan and deliver instruction that addresses the needs of diverse learners.
• Faith Integration: Incorporate Catholic teachings and values into daily instruction and activities.
• Student Engagement: Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture where students feel safe, supported, and motivated to achieve their best.
