Job description

We're hiring an ACA & Small Group Operations Specialist

Pittsburgh, PA | Full Time | In-Office | Growth track to ACA Lead

NIM isn't a call center and we're not a lead vendor. We're an operating partner for independent agents who actually want to grow their book.

This role runs point on our ACA and Small Group business โ€” quoting, enrollments, renewals, carrier coordination. You'll learn the ACA system inside and out, not just push paperwork.

We built this seat as a stepping stone. Do it well and you grow into ACA Lead โ€” plan strategy, commissions, carrier relationships, agent training.

The job:

  • Run quotes, enrollments, and renewals for ACA and Small Group
  • Keep our CRM and carrier files clean
  • Chase down carrier and Marketplace issues until they're actually fixed
  • Help agents get onboarded and trained on Pennie
  • Notice when one of our Medicare agents could be selling ACA too, and flag it

You'll do well here if you:

  • Stay organized without anyone reminding you
  • Take ownership instead of waiting to be told
  • Actually want to grow, not just collect a paycheck

$40K base plus performance bonus. Medical/vision, 401(k) match, defined benefit plan, profit sharing, PTO.

If you want to build a long-term career in health insurance operations โ€” apply now.
