To thrive as a Broker with uncapped commission, you need strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the relevant market or products, often supported by appropriate licenses such as a Series 7 or real estate license. A Broker with uncapped commission acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, typically in industries like real estate, finance, or insurance. Brokers on an uncapped commission structure often face the dual challenge of managing the pressure to consistently generate high sales while maintaining client relationships.
