Job description

Account Manager for Custodial Services

POSITION SUMMARY:

HES Facilities Management is seeking Custodial Managers to help oversee custodial operations between multiple locations within the same school district or university campus.

As an Account Manager, you will develop and maintain productive working relationships with hourly custodial staff, communicate with the customers daily, any work to resolve any issues that need immediate attention.

The Account Manager will be responsible for inspecting, training, and maintaining acceptable supply levels in each facility. The Manager will report to a District or Regional Manager who will oversee a larger area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Energetic, hard-working, dependable, and detail oriented.
  • Previous management experience.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
  • Prompt, regular attendance.
  • Pay dependent on experience.
  • Must have valid Driver's License
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, and clear MVR record
