  • Develop and refine financial metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and support continuous improvement.
  • Lead or support variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability reviews to inform operational and strategic actions.
  • Collaborate with non-financial stakeholders to explain financial concepts and implications in accessible terms.
  • Contribute to or lead process-improvement and potential mergers and acquisitions activities from a financial perspective.

Essential Skills

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence decisions.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with operations leaders, plant personnel, and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced manufacturing environments and staying involved in day-to-day financial operations.
  • Solid understanding of internal controls and P&L management within a manufacturing context.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and developing financial metrics.
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial audiences.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Cost accounting and inventory accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
