Job Summary
Our client in Monroe, WI is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead for a 3rd shift opportunity. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
