Job description

The 3PL Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in managing logistics and customer relations within a small, dedicated team. This position requires hands-on coordination with 3PL operations, including communication with customers and warehouse support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, and capable of bridging communication between customers and warehouse staff while managing shipping and receiving documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate 3PL activities and ensure timely order processing
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone
  • Track orders and manage shipping and receiving documentation
  • Support warehouse operations and collaborate with floor staff as needed
