We offer a full suite of services  from warehousing and order fulfillment to inventory management and returns processing. Our mission is to help brands grow without limits, and we do it with transparency, agility, and a customer-first mindset. 
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Weekend Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse functions under the guidance of the Operations Manager at our Goodyear, AZ facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a background in logistics or warehouse management, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Location: Goodyear, AZ
Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Starting Pay: $21- $24 an hour DOE
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Lead and support a team of associates to meet performance goals
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order processing
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop, document, and implement warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that improve consistency, safety, and efficiency
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision (3PL experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment workflows
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage operations
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
 Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
  • Must be able to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred)
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Be flexible and willing to be cross-trained into other warehouse departments
Work Expectations:
  • Arrive on time and prepared for each shift.
  • Follow all warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily order volume and accuracy goals.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
