You'll play a critical part in shaping the future of our 3D platform, driving meaningful value for our users by enhancing the design-to-sales pipeline, and growing our product in both scale and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with the Director of Product to define, validate, and execute the product strategy and long-term vision for the 3D toolset, considering industry trends in 3D modeling, rendering, and real-time visualization.

  • Manage the product roadmap for the 3D tool, prioritizing features such as asset pipelines, material systems, and interactive controls based on data, user feedback, and company objectives.
  • Define clear product requirements for 3D features, success metrics (e.g., adoption rate of new 3D features, performance benchmarks), and ensure timely delivery.
  • Continuously improve product processes and bring structure to the scaling 3D product team.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with the development team to ensure 3D-specific user stories are well-defined, testable (e.g., performance, visual fidelity), and meet acceptance criteria.
  • Lead alpha and beta testing programs for newly released 3D features, engaging key customers to gather feedback, validate functionality, and inform future iterations.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of owning and launching successful B2B or B2C products, including at least 1 year of experience delivering 3D tools.
  • Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams through complex product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated strength in strategic product thinking, with the ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps.
  • Hands-on experience conducting user research and interviews to inform product decisions and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and creating products that solve real problems.
  • Experience in fast-paced, agile environments; startup experience is a plus.
  • Skilled in planning and executing user acceptance testing and collaborating with developers to refine user stories based on feedback and testing results.
  • Comfort with data-driven product iteration and experimentation
