About Us:
CHC Vacation Rentals manage a boutique portfolio of short-term rental properties throughout Charleston. We take pride in delivering a five-star guest experience, and that starts with spotless, well-prepared homes.

Job Description:
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. You'll be responsible for turning over our individual vacation rental properties and units at The Iris between guest stays, ensuring every space is guest-ready.
Pay: $20/hour (Monday–Saturday), $25/hour (Sundays)

Schedule:

  • 4–5 days per week (not full-time)
  • Shifts typically begin at 10:30 AM
  • Sunday availability strongly preferred — it's our busiest turnover day

What You'll Do:

  • Clean and prepare guest units between reservations, following our property-specific checklists
  • Restock supplies, linens, and guest amenities
  • Report any maintenance issues or damage found during cleans
  • Log completed tasks and communicate updates through our task management software

What We're Looking For:

  • A great attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation (multiple properties in Downtown Charleston)
  • Comfortable using a smartphone and task software to manage assignments
  • Dependable and punctual — our guests count on turnovers being done right and on time
  • Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
