Essential Functions:
- Administers and scores psychological tests, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, and observes patient behavior. Maintains accurate documentation and communicates results to supervising psychologist.
- Provides performance observation and feedback for psychometrician staff and trainees. Assists with the coordination of on-boarding training and continuing education.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure the quality of test administration and that assessments meet the needs of various user groups.
- Manages psychometrician schedules and travels between clinical sites to support program needs.
- Collaborates on recruitment, interviewing, and selection during the hiring of new psychometrician staff.
- Oversees the maintenance of test materials and supplies, restocking and ordering tests and test forms as needed, and assists clinical leadership in monitoring budget considerations regarding inventory.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, required.
- Master's degree in psychology or additional graduate course work, preferred.
Licensure Requirement:
