What You’ll Do:
- Sort and organize smartphones, tablets, and accessories
- Process devices through various stages of inspection and evaluation
- Perform secure data eradication and factory resets
- Conduct functionality testing and quality checks on devices
- Identify devices for refurbishment, resale, or recycling
- Accurately document processing activity using company software
- Follow established procedures to maintain data security and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals in a clean, organized, and safe environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
- Stable work history with consistent full-time employment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and carry bins weighing 5-10 pounds, and to bend, twist, stand, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus
- Retail, restaurant, warehouse, production, or assembly experience preferred; interest in technology or electronics is a plus
