Job description

The Role.
Let's make moves! We are looking for a Processing Specialist to join the Revolution and create a
meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As a Processing Specialist at
Revolution Mortgage, you'll manage the loan pipeline, process loans within the expected time frame,
and ensure quality loan file submissions that meet guidelines. The ideal candidate has experience as a
loan processor in the mortgage industry with proven ability to work in a collaborative team
environment.
What you'll be doing.
Work in a team environment to ensure expectations and customer brand experience is met
throughout the entire loan process
Prepare, review, and ensure timely delivery of loan disclosures that meets the company, govern
mental, and investor requirements
Process quality loan files on time and preparing for underwriting decision
Order and review all third-party verification, AUS, appraisal and title documentation, as well as
required credit and underwriting documentation
Communicate effectively with customers, internal and external team members
Assume other additional duties as assigned by the processing, operations, or origination team

What we are looking for
3+ years of experience as a operations/processing role in the mortgage industry
Working experience using mortgage systems and software; experience with Encompass is
preferred
Strong analytical, listening, problem solving, and mathematical skills
Excellent customer service, communication, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work in a contributing team environment
