Legal Administrative Assistant
This position starts off part time with the strong possibility of becoming full time. The firm is very prosperous and will known in their field of service with commercial real estate transactions and litigation. They need an experienced legal administrative assistant who has some litigation knowledge. Responsibilities are varied involving the creation of legal documents using MS Office. The firm is located near downtown with free parking. They have created a collaborative, team environment where talented associates are appreciated. 20 to 25 hours a week to start with an hourly rate of up to $30 depending on experience level.

Their team works collaboratively to advocate for clients through every stage of the legal process, from initial intake through litigation and resolution. They need an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases, from investigation through settlement or trial. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, technologically savvy, and experienced in managing case files. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, capability of handling multiple deadlines, and a client-centered approach to case management. Some responsibilities will include obtaining and organizing medical records, bills, police reports, and related documentation, draft correspondence and legal documents, maintain accurate and up-to-date case files communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and experts. Legal Administrative Assistant
This is a thriving mid size boutique litigation practice located in the north end. They need to hire a Legal Assistant to become a part of their team! Responsibilities will include answering phones; preparing billing, manage daily scheduling for the attorney; assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents and filing documents with the local and federal courts' E-filing system.
