Our Legal-Litigation department seeks an experienced insurance coverage attorney to represent the company and provide coverage interpretations related to commercial and personal insurance policies. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. Some departments at our Headquarters offer a hybrid work option that may vary depending on your role and responsibilities.

The pay range for this position is $95,000-$160,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performances.

Be ready to:

  • draft and review legal documents related to insurance policies
  • analyze and interpret policy terms to determine appropriate actions
  • advise the company on insurance coverage and policy interpretation
  • represent the company in insurance coverage related litigation
  • conduct research on property and casualty insurance laws and regulations
