Job description

The Opportunity

Euna Solutions is looking for a Legal Associate Co-Op to join their collaborative team and
help with special projects. As our Legal Associate Co-Op, you will report to our SaaS
Analyst/Contracts Manager and work closely with our Legal and Finance Operations
functions. This is a great learning opportunity and a chance to get exposure to many
different responsibilities as you assist with tasks related to a large internal project.
In this role, there are several daily tasks that will have you liaising with legal, finance,
accounting, sales and customer success teams. We're looking for someone that isn't afraid to jump in and help with ad-hoc tasks, willing to learn and eager to take on additional
responsibility. You're the type of person who speaks up when you see a process that could
be improved, or data that requires correction. You are willing to take on any task big or
small, especially when a colleague needs help. What is most important is that you come with a positive attitude and are excited to collaborate. Tech can be unpredictable and messy at times, and you'll thrive if you're willing to adapt to the changes.


What you will do:


Data Management & Analysis: working closely with various departments in data
analysis exercises to enhance our functional processes
Contracts Tasks & Projects: working closely with our Legal, Sales, and Customer
Success teams to locate contracts, upload into our new CMS, and supporting contract
renewals.
Vendor Management: ensuring our compliance with customer requirements for
vendor registration
Collaboration: managing ad hoc requests from finance and accounting teams as
required.


What you bring:


Working toward your diploma or degree within the area of Legal, Finance, or Business
Administration
Must be enrolled in a Co-Op program.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
A self-starter that can work independently although able to work with internal teams
as needed.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize.
A high level of accountability, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced
environment.
Strong computer skills such as Microsoft office, with Intermediate Excel skills
required.

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office.

Compensation Range: $22/hour. This co-op opportunity is anticipated to start on September 7th and is for the September-December term.
