About the Role

The Integration Specialist is the technical engine behind Payliance's sales and client success teams. This role partners closely with Account Executives and Client/Partner Success Managers to deliver tailored payment solutions to SMB merchants and partners-serving as the primary technical contact through integration, onboarding, and beyond.

This is a role for someone who can translate complex technical requirements into clear, compelling solutions and thrives working at the intersection of product, sales, and client success.


What You'll DoPre-Sales & Technical Advisory

Act as the technical SME alongside Account Executives and Client/Partner Success Managers during the sales process.

Lead client technical discovery discussions to understand requirements and design value-driven solutions.

Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to merchants, partners, and C-level stakeholders.

Translate product capabilities into solutions that address customer pain points and business goals.

Integration Support

Serve as the primary technical contact for SMB merchants and partners integrating to Payliance products.

Develop deep expertise in Payliance's technical offerings to match them effectively to customer requirements.

Support post-sales teams during onboarding and solution implementation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Sales, and Implementations teams to ensure smooth solution deployment.

Provide feedback to product and development teams based on customer needs and market trends.

Participate in technical enablement training for internal teams and external partners.

Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

What You'll BringRequired Qualifications

Associate's degree in a relevant field.

3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, integration support, or technical consulting in the payments industry.

Experience partnering with sales teams on integration support for SMB merchant and partner opportunities.

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Proven track record delivering technical presentations to C-level executives.

Strong collaboration skills across multiple teams and functions.

Preferred Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.

Experience with integration support in the consumer lending space.

Understanding of card brand regulations, special interchange programs, and merchant services statements.

Experience building technical solutions for ISV and ISO partners.

Proficiency in Salesforce.

Familiarity with MEDDPICC and/or Value Selling methodologies.
