Job Description

The Integration Lead will direct the design, planning, and execution of integration activities for a large-scale Microsoft-based modernization effort. This role ensures secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange across internal and external systems and supports business processes through modern integration patterns and cloud technologies.

In the early phase, the Integration Lead will partner with stakeholders, architects, application teams, and external partners to assess current interfaces, map system dependencies, and shape the integration strategy and roadmap. The role will define requirements, establish interface agreements, and identify key risks and dependencies.

During the execution phase, the Integration Lead will guide integration engineers and developers implementing APIs, messaging, workflows, and system interfaces. The role will coordinate design, development, testing, deployment, and operational readiness while maintaining alignment with project timelines and quality goals. They will also provide hands-on development of complex integrations using Microsoft data tools, including use of Azure Service Bus and Data Factory.

The projected compensation range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 (annualized USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements

Required Skills

  • 8+ years leading enterprise integration or systems integration initiatives
  • Experience designing and implementing API-based integration solutions
  • Experience with Azure integration services including Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory and ETL/data integration concepts
