Integration Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Strong hands-on experience leading enterprise integration initiatives in large IT landscapes. 
• Deep expertise in integration platforms such as TIBCO ESB and Informatica Cloud (IICS). 
• Proven experience supporting Data Center Exit or on premises to public cloud migration programs. 
• Strong understanding of zero downtime and incremental data synchronization patterns. 
• Experience with batch, real-time, API-based, event-driven and CDC-based integrations. 
• Solid knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server integration and data movement patterns. 
• Experience integrating Java and .NET based applications across hybrid environments. 
• Strong coordination skills across application, DB, cloud, security and migration teams. 
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the integration workstream for the Data Center Exit to AWS program. 
• Assess existing integrations and define target integration architecture on AWS. 
• Design and implement zero downtime or near zero downtime integration and data sync approaches. 
• Migrate and modernize TIBCO and Informatica integrations to AWS-based platforms. 
• Plan and support migration waves by validating integration readiness and dependencies. 
• Participate in wave based cutover execution with formal integration go/no go checkpoints. 
• Ensure data consistency, reconciliation and interface stability during cutover and hypercare. 
• Troubleshoot integration issues during migration, cutover and post migration stabilization. 
Cloud Experience Needed 
• 10+ years of overall integration experience with at least 4–5 years in cloud environments. 
• Hands-on experience running TIBCO and Informatica integrations on AWS. 
• Proven experience executing incremental and zero downtime integration migrations. 
• Experience supporting wave based migration execution with readiness checks and go/no go approvals. 
• Good understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC and networking concepts. 
• Familiarity with IAM, security and data protection for integrations. 
• Experience working in large, mission critical enterprise Data Center Exit programs. 
• Integration, Informatica, TIBCO or AWS certifications are preferred.
