  • Help ensure timely follow-up on new leads and maintain accurate intake information and documentation
  • Play an important role in the continued growth of an established personal injury practice
  • Join a collaborative, supportive, and family-oriented team with a strong focus on client service

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in personal injury law, preferably in client intake, case management, paralegal work, or a similar client-facing legal role
  • Strong understanding of personal injury claims and the ability to identify important facts when speaking with prospective clients
  • Comfortable asking detailed questions and evaluating whether a potential matter may be a fit for the firm
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills
  • Compassionate and professional approach when speaking with individuals who may be dealing with injuries or difficult circumstances
  • Strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a high volume of incoming inquiries while providing responsive follow-up
  • Comfortable working independently while communicating closely with attorneys and staff
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Filevine experience is a plus

About the Firm:

  • Established personal injury practice with multiple Ohio offices and continued growth
  • Approximately 6 attorneys supported by an experienced legal support team

  • Focused on client service, efficiency, and long-term team success
  • Growing practice offering the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the firm's continued expansion
