Production Worker

Shop Assistant – Machine Operator performs day-to-day assembly and production tasks and machine operating duties as directed on various machine tools including:

• CNC Machining Centers & CNC Lathe
• Injection Molding Machines
• Thermoforming Machines

Qualifications, Experience, and Key Attributes Required

• Experience requirements ranges from entry-level to up to two (2) years related CNC machine operator, or PIM Molding Press experience
• Candidate must be able to understand and adhere to oral and written instructions
• Maintain housekeeping in designated sections of shop and warehouse
• Ensure a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines
• Demonstrate willingness to work with others in a team environment
• Effectively work within established time guidelines
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and participate in a changing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed or instructed

Preferred Skills

• Quick learner, ability work well under pressure
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Knowledge of precision measuring hand tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Highly organized with the desire to continually improve
• Strong mechanical aptitude, with attention to detail
