Temp-to-Hire

Day Shift: 5:30am -2pm M-F

Night Shift: 2pm-12:30am M-Th

We are seeking Machine Operators to support our client’s fast-growing team in the manufacturing industry! As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining one of four manufacturing machines, including a Digital Finishing Press, Flexo Press, Rewinder, or Offset Press. You will be responsible for ensuring that the machine is set up, maintained, and operated according to production specifications and standards to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain one of the four manufacturing machines (Digital Finishing Press, Flexo Press, Rewinder, and Offset Press).
Set up the machine according to job specifications, ensuring each job is done to the highest quality standards.
Prepare and gather all necessary materials, including paper, inks, coatings, and tooling required for the job.
Mix and adjust inks as required.
Conduct start-up and in-process inspections to guarantee top-quality finished products.
Ensure that all printing plates, cylinders, ink pans, and other related materials are clean and stored appropriately.
Complete quality work in a timely manner.
Follow all necessary procedures and processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Must be fluent in English
Able to read and use a ruler
Basic computer and math skills
Knowledge and understanding of printing processes a plus
