Blue Valley Community Action Partnership is seeking a Toddler Teacher for our Blue River Early Learning Academy in Crete Nebraska! If you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of children, apply today!
This is a 36 hour per week position.
DUTIES
- Ensure areas supervised and common areas meet state regulations.
- Provide developmentally appropriate activities
- Engage in positive communication with children, parents, co-workers, people from collaborating agencies and the general public.
- Maintain accurate records and provide documentation in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain a harmonious working relationship with staff.
- Participate in activities outside of classroom
- Participate in ongoing training.
- Supervise assigned paid staff and/or volunteers.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or GED
- 6 months experience in childcare setting
- Valid driver's license
- Obtain CPR and First Aide Certification
