Job Description

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED HVAC Lead Installer to join our team! You will mainly install with some service, and repair of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead a crew with install of new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Attend training for equipment updates, etc.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Report to manager / owner

Qualifications:

MUST have previous experience in HVAC residential /commercial - Trane equipment a plus
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Ability to handle physical workload
Leadership and teaching ability
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Company Description

Locally owned and family operated for over 50 years. Specializes in repair and replacement of Trane equipment, however, service all makes and models. We offer maintenance agreements to both residential and light commercial customers. Benefits available with paid time off after one year.
