Key Responsibilities:
As our Front of House Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in:

• Building and leading a strong team
• Operational management, including budget discipline and property supervision
• Staff development and supervision
• Inventory management and food safety protocols

We're seeking an up-and-coming individual with:

• Proven leadership skills in managing experienced staff in a high-pressure environment

Key Qualifications:

• 5 years of hospitality experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Solid financial acumen with Profit and Loss accountability
• Expertise in inventory control and maintaining excellent food and labor costs
• Extensive knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and culinary arts

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
